Rebeca did a fantastic job of providing all the details we needed to do self check in and find our room. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was great with wide selection of food available including warm pastries! Can’t wait to return!

The Rock Guest House is a beautiful, well maintained facility. They served a wonderful continental breakfast and since we had to check out early, they provided us with a breakfast to go! Getting to the port was easy - just walk down the road. Going back was good exercise if you enjoy a gentle climb. We highly recommend it.

We were shown tremendous hospitality here! We stayed a night here earlier in the week and accidentally left some clothes behind when we left. We contacted them and they found the clothes and left them in our room for us when we returned to stay later in the week. We were impressed! Also, our flight out was early in the morning so we weren’t able to enjoy the great breakfast provided at the guest house. We let them know and they boxed up a very generous box breakfast for us to take with us and eat at the airport. Again we were very impressed!

I enjoyed having a morning breakfast, it was simple but delicious and allowed me to start my day easily. I requested an early check in which they accommodated and though they could not accommodate a late check out i was allowed to leave my bag so i could explore the city gardens a bit before I headed to the airport. Great place to stay in a quiet neighbourhood close to the old city centre.

Comfortable and low key

Comfortable night in a walkable neighborhood of Ponta Delgada. They were able to accommodate an early check in after our morning flight arrival.

Check in was easy with details sent in advance by WhatsApp. The property location isn't immediately obvious but I only missed it by few meters when using the sat nav. My room was outside behind the kitchen and very spacious. Breakfast was fine although choice was a little limited. I had no issues parking outside the property but that might not always possible as there is room for just 3 or 4 vehicles. However there are alternatives further along the street within walking distance.

L'hébergement était très bien placé notre chambre était très grande et propre nois avons passé 6 nuits très agréable. Le seul petit manque était d'avoir des oeufs pour déjeuner mais le reste était très bien !!
