“Ótimo café”

“Don’t get fooled by the name — this did not feel like a hotel-quality stay. The room was very small, including the bathroom, but that wasn't the biggest issue. The main problem was the lack of proper window coverings. There were only old plastic blinds that allowed a significant amount of sunlight into the room. There was no curtain capable of properly blocking the light. The windows were also extremely thin, and I could clearly hear traffic and cars from the street. Expedia described the...

“Atendimento recepção 10, porém limpeza e organização deixou a desejar! Fora algumas baratas no quarto!”

“I enjoyed the stay overall. It's a nice looking hotel from outside but it has some old parts and equipments inside. The first room I stayed had leakage from the sprinkler out of no where and we were switched to a new room. The AC in the new room wasn't at its finest and wasn't cooling enough, but it got cold at the very last day finally. The telephone to call reception wasn't working so it was constantly cutting off, the shampoo bottles and soap bottles were full but weren't working well. When...

“Excelente quarto”

“This place is amazing, very polite staff, excellent food, this is second to none. I was received by 2 nice young kids with a smile in their faces, this is so rare nowadays. Keep up the good work!!! I recommend this place to all.”

“Nada a declarar.
