“수영장이 너무 좋았다 객실청소가 제대로 되어있지않음 외출후 들어오니 침구정리는 되어있지만 먼지가 바닥에 굴러다니고있었음 객실까지 계단이 많다 ”

“this hotel is very difficult to find. you need to drive over 30 mins of mountain road with very bad road condition. i found bugs and inserts in the room, and the fire place is dirty. one of the room also leak water. ”

“Antonella is a lovely woman who speaks a little English. We were all able to understand each other with no problem. She was welcoming and gave us a lovely glass of wine from her vineyards when we arrived. Her surroundings are beautiful with seeing olive trees and vineyards and the town of Certaldo. Our room was big , very clean and bathroom was great. I would totally recommend going to her place . They also give tours of their vineyards and olive oil factory. I wish we could have stayed another...

Tuve que cambiarme a Social Hub y fue como llegar del infierno al cielo. Es la peor experiencia de viaje que he tenido en mi vida. Muy desagradable en todos los aspectos. Y además no me reembolsaron mi pago y me hicieron pagar 2 botellas de agua. Horrible lugar y las personas que lo atienden son nefastas. ”
