“Have stayed here every time we come to TN. This time we even got a room for son and daughter-in-law because it is always clean and my husband used to love the breakfast. This time we were so disappointed. The deposit was a $100, the rooms were not as clean and one did not even have a shower curtain that we paid $230 for one night, and the breakfast is now just a continental.”

“Helpful staff, clean, breakfast selection was great, and parking was ideal. Pool surface was a bit harsh on the kids feet while in the water.”

“Check in starts at 3;00. We arrived after 4;00 and our room was not ready. That staff member was not super informative, but was not rude. The hotel is new, so of course it is still pretty clean. The furniture in the room looks pretty cheap and the desk was not level. The lobby/ common areas look good and inviting. I have paid less for nicer, but this was convenient to our family for visiting.”
