“The man at the front desk seemed to hate his life. He was not friendly. At. All. The room had a sickly gross smell. Kind of like wet dog and bad food all mixed in one. “Everything was great except none of the ice machines worked. Front desk staff didn’t seem to care. The shuttle drivers were fabulous and very courteous. Really enjoyed our stay except for no ice and some of the vending machines were out of order as well.”

“I misunderstood the desk clerk and went to the wrong room (124 instead of 134). My key worked! The room overall was ok - it was clean. But my initial thought was it was a smoking room.
