The staff was smoking outside; I would like to know which front desk person was working, so that I may address this with them directly. If you can give me a time frame of the day you arrived, I would like to review the camera to confirm who was working and get a few more details. I also understand you said that they did not want to help you with booking problems. What problems did this consist of? Did we not accommodate you with the proper room type? Did we make a mistake with the reservation? It appears that you booked a double (2 beds) and that is what I have in our system. That is the room type that you did in fact occupy.
