“Overall the property needs updating, it was very clean when you consider that it does need a lot of work doing to fetch it up to a good standard. However good value for money and comfy beds.”

“Lovely clean comfortable room”

“The hotel is old (but interesting) and needs a lick of paint here and there but the room was very clean. Bathroom with shower very good. Very nice double bed too. Breakfast was buffet style, was good though no fruit. No problem with Wi-Fi. Staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Excellent location for eateries and seeing old Southampton. Good value and would stay there again. ”
