The service wasn’t great at all, nobody smiled or even noticed you were there. I stood at the front desk for at least 5 minutes before someone noticed me, as they we looking own at the there phone or computer. Which I understand if they are doing something work related on the computer that’s fine but at least acknowledge your guest. At breakfast in the morning the 1 of the omelette chefs was loudly complaining about other guests and their orders numerous times, as well as was complaining on how he didn’t want to be there and he wanted to go home. I would pass by staff in the hallways and say hello to them, which all I would get was stare and then them walk passed me. The breakfast servers were actually pretty darn good, friendly and attentive. I was all in all happy pretty disappointed in the stay, and for almost $700, I expected just a little bit more customer service.
