The room above us was horribly noisy all through the night! Moving heavy objects and dropping heavy items and scuffling on the floor all night

The bed was not very comfortable, but that is subjective, everything else was wonderful. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly so I couldn't ask for more. I was surprised that they charge for parking though, when they had a giant empty parking lot, but other than that it was great.

This was a very nice Hampton. We were there for an important Doctors appointment for my husband. The only suggestion I would make is having a blanket for the door of the bed. We got cold and the heater seemed to only work hot or cold. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was comfortable and clean. Unfortunately the people above us sounded like they were jumping around and very loud, at 4:30 in the morning. The parking spots are very tight. Other than that, the hotel was a good place.

Disappointed
Disappointed in the noise in and around the hotel. Could hear every person around the room and above. Very noisy. Very disappointed. Did not get a good night sleep. Hotel is away from commercial sites and they charge for parking. Not sure why parking fees are not made aware until you check in.

The staff was so helpful and amazing during a very busy time with all of the snow and hotels full. The night I arrived I was given keys to my room and Opening the door discovered that the room was still uncleaned. It was late I was tired. I Went back down to the front desk and waited for a while until they could find a clean room. other than that, the staff was kind and helpful. I would not stay on the third floor again. As the people above, me sounded as if they were having a football game.

We enjoyed our stay at Hampton Inn. Our only complaint is that it took two extra hours to get our rooms. Area was impacted by a snow/ ice storm.

Pro- Clean room, sheets and bathroom. Building condition ok but aging from use. Con-Road noise is so loud impossible to sleep. Heating unit is even louder. Embarrassing nickel & dime $12 parking fee to park in an empty industrial area. AM coffee cold and undrinkable. Poor quality inedible breakfast. Pretty excited to get out of the building and find some place to sleep. No idea how this facility received any good ratings?
