"Fantastic location in downtown, easy walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean, nice and comfortable. Appreciated the in room fridge and the pantry amenities on each floor. Grounds and common areas were very nice! Would definitely recommend and stay again!"

"My wife found the hotel charming. It felt like an old style hotel. No elevator (I was aware of this beforehand.) Our room had a private bathroom (down the hall, which I also knew was possible.) the maids didn't clean our room or bathroom until we complained. The rest of the staff was quite helpful. Buses run downtown on Congress St. (although we usually took an Uber.) Breakfast was buffet Euro. This review is the average on mine and my wife's."

"Location is about ten minute walk to the main areas of Commercial Street. Plenty of parking in the garage under the hotel. Room looked to be recently renovated and the bed was extremely comfortable. It was an enjoyable two night stay!"
