Woken up by staff @ 6am restocking common area, slamming cabinets and banging boxes. Kept up for 30 minutes. No sound gaskets on room door so could hear every other guest walk by on the hardwood corridor floors. Concierge waived valet fee for inconveniences and otherwise staff was friendly and facility was clean and well furnished

The elevator to the parking area was out for maintainance and they told us to use the stairs-however, my wife uses a walker and cant do stairs. They had to bring the car around to the front entrance and we had to negotiate a snow bank to get to the car.

Although the valet parking is expensive, it’s also worth it. Staying at this hotel means you get to be within walking distance to so much. Great place.

The room was extremely comfortable. Very nice pantry on the floor with easy access to ice, water, coffee or tea. Bartender was very nice. Only critique was the restaurant, we found the food subpar and cold.

We really enjoyed our 2-night stay in the King jacuzzi suite. There are so many dining options and conveniences (like banking, shopping) nearby. Valet parking available. Staff was friendly, helpful.

The hotel was beautiful. The location was perfect for what me and my wife wanted to do around the old port. Our room was clean for the most part. There was stains of the sexual nature on the side of the bed and what looked like food stains on the curtains. The ventilation could use a cleaning or at the very least a dusting. Vents in the room were covered in dust. The cable went out in our room around 8pm. When asked the front desk was told it was apparently out in the whole hotel. I can’t say for sure because I didn’t talk to any other guest. Can provide pictures if requested.

Hotel is excellent, room was really nice, great location. The only problem was the restaurant. Presentation was great, server was really nice, and space is beautiful … but, the food all tasted bad. Specially, it was all tinged with a dirty dishes smell and taste. This was most obvious with water and coffee, as the glasses all smelled like a wet dog and tasted just as bad. There is clearly a problem with how they use the dishwasher or something because everything must have a nice bacterial film. Eggs and French toast looked great but were inedible. Felt bad for the waiter who had to serve this stuff. There was also no drinking water available at the little ‘pantry’ area on the third floor.
