호텔의 위치가 조금 외진 곳에 있어서 다양한 주변 인프라가 부족하지만 건물내에 편의점과 식당, 극장이 있어서 괜찮았으며, 직원이 친절하고 숙소가 청결하였으며, 제공되는 조식도 먹을만하게 좋았음.

We liked the market place on site and the food options. It was a calm laid back environment without a lot of kids around. It’s not the Hilton or Ritz. If your looking for fancy this isn’t your spot. The fan in our the bathroom didn’t work and we had a moldy/musty smell just as you walked in. The AC was great and kept the room super cool. Overall it was a great stay. We will be back!

What a pleasant surprise this motel was; blew us away. Had a great restaurant, food, was clean and staff was awesome. Shuttle options were above and beyond. Would highly recommend and will def stay there again, in a heartbeat. Well done, Portlander ! !

This is a clean hotel with friendly staff and a safe parking lot with security guards around the property and cameras. The breakfast is served from an actual restaurant attached to the property. You get an actual hot meal instead of the usual waffles and fruit at most hotels. The room was very nice, clean, and overall the experience was great. Would stay here again, it’s a hidden gem for the price.

Beautiful hotel. The staff was extremely helpful. All sorts of amenities including a laundry mat to was your clothes, a cinema to watch movies, and a wonderful sandwich shop down stairs. My grandmother and I rented a room twice without any disappointments.

Portlander Inn was a great stay. Clean room, friendly staff, and lots of convenient options for entertainment, shopping, and food right in the bottom level!

Everything was great, the cleanliness of the room, the perfect breakfast, and the kindness. The only thing we had was on the side of the street with gasoline, and that was a little noisy, but I could handle it.

Was staying the night with a couple of friends before leaving for Seattle in the morning. Staff were very nice, room was clean, without any smell and pleasing to the eye. The breakfast in the morning was fresh and tasty.

Staff was kind and prompt. Check in and out was super easy. All the stores and shows are accessible from inside which is wonderful if its raining. Water pressure in the room wasnt the best, lots of water sputtering and spray. Shower temp stayed hot for a decent time which was nice

The accommodations were clean and staff friendly. Had the free breakfast in the bar one morning and enjoyed the Bloody Mary with my meal. All conveniences you could want under one roof. Would stay there again.

Nice hotel with great amenities. It’s out of the way in an industrial area so not much within walking distance. The hotel is built into a single complex with a restaurant, bar, 24 convenience store, movie theatre & several other stores & services which was very convenient. The complimentary breakfast is served at the restaurant and the portion sizes are massive, really puts most other free hotel breakfasts to shame. I enjoyed my stay, no real complaints.

Comfortable, clean, upgraded rooms, friendly staff, good food options . Great place for a weekend venue because you’ve got everything there you need. conveniently located right off the I-5. Great concert venue !

I took an American Cruise Line Cruise from Lewiston, ID to Portland, OR and decided to stay in Portland for a few more days. I feel blessed the Expedia recommended this hotel. The rooms are clean and inviting. The staff is friendly and helpful. This hotel is located at a truck stop and has multiple restaurants and services. I LOVE this place as it is convenient, safe and a fantastic value. It even has a nightclub where country music singers cut their teeth. The restaurant has excellent food and I promise you that you will be full. The portions are very large. If I could give 10 stars I would do so!

Very comfortable, quiet, and convenient to all that we were doing. Nice conveniences on the ground floor of the hotel. Located at a truck stop but definitely did not have a truck stop feel once inside. Very good cooked breakfast included, and we even had a nice dinner there in the evening.

I had never been to this property since the remodel. Had stayed at other properties nearby and never felt the equipment in vehicles was safe. Stayed for two nights at the Portlander and could not have been happier nor felt safer. Everything was clean and orderly, the staff was tremendous in all ways. It was nice just to feel comfortable. This is not a five star property. This is a truck stop location in North Portland and the area does have the homeless camps in the area. But from being greeted at the front desk to the restaurant and sandwich shop to the amenities they have it was ideal for the average person. I have stayed in 5 stars at airport that were way less than the Portlandier. Will gladly go back again.

Don't be fooled by "this is a truckstop". It is a wonderfully run, clean and very safe hotel. their free breakfast is HUGE with lots of options and great servie, their bar has a fantastic happy hour and the rooms are squeaky clean with gread beds and linens. Incredible value for the price. Were worried a bit about vehicle security (this is Portland, so...) but they have security. Their shuttle driver was great and they even saved us an Uber ride by taking us to a concert nearby. Wish more places were like this.

We wished we could have stayed longer. The staff was so kind and helpful. Loved the spa tub in our room, the lounge, the food, the market, and the movie theater. It was a unique hotel stay and we will definitely be back.

I was a little concerned when arriving in the area where the hotel was located; however the hotel was very clean, staff was extremely courteous and helpful and the restaurant had delicious food. The fact that here was a little market inside the hotel was a bonus. We would definitely stay at the Portlander again.

This motel was actually part of a huge truck stop, providing services like mail, laundromat, dining, convenience store, TSA pre check, and more to truckers. Every morning at 7:00, so many trucks would move on. It was convenient but noisy. The room was excellent and remodeled,and we came down to the restaurant for our breakfast which was included in the hotel.
