Dear Thomas, We apologize that we did not meet your standards on your recent stay with us here at the Quality Inn and we do value the feedback of our guests.We notified all booking outlets that we did not currently have a pool and jacuzzi available due to renovations and repairs. We would like all our guests to be able to swim in a safe and comfortable space. So we thought that repairing the corrosion and weathered plaster would help to make that possible. We apologize that we did not have the amenities you required at the time of your stay. We do however provide our guests with the option of renting a jacuzzi suite which comes with a full jacuzzi in the room as well as a full bathroom with shower access.
