Dirty room, cigarette butts lying around, smoke smell. No help from Charlie, it is a defective chatbot that doesn’t do much. Indication of that even before checkin, namely repeated reminders to submit documents (even though they had been submitted and were complete). I left 2 days early

Boa acomodação, tudo limpo, cama confortável, prédio novo Porém não iria novamente. As mensagens de comunicação com a empresa sao todas via whatsapp com mensagem automática, nao existe telefone para contato diretamente com algum atendebte. Cheguei no local no horário reservado e nem havia recebido a confirmação com senha conforme haviam orientado previamente. Atrasou 40 minutos pra eu conseguir entrar alem do estresse tentando falar com alguém. Se houvesse um bom relacionamento com o cliente seria uma boa estadia. No momento nao reocomendo

Foi uma experiência muito boa, realmente me senti bem acolhida no espaço, tudo muito confortável e limpo. Deixaram uma coberta bem quentinha que fez toda a diferença. Sobre os chuveiros, precisei aprender a modular a temperatura, fica da forma que a gente quiser. Resumo: eu gostei bastante e voltaria a me hospedar lá, principalmente por períodos mais longos.

Local confortável, localização ruim.

Lugar distante de tudo, perigoso e com vizinho que ficava gritando a noite inteira, seja por drogas ou surto psicológico. Mesmo entrando em contato com a portaria todo dia era essa novela. Foi um inferno.
