Let's make some clarification for future guests: - we do not have lift - it's a century townhouse made to keep the treasure of age - the garden room has hot water in the showers, in both outside garden shower and inside bathroom shower - breakfast and brunch made from sourdhough and our own yogurts and jams it's special and one of the most treasured features of the house - parking it's in the same street, same side of the street and 20mts away Your review looks very biased, and we are sorry we didn't meet your expectations but i do believe that you were looking for a different product and situation

Taking in account all the team was in close contact with you and sorting all issues, inclusive offering a changing of room for you best confort that you didn't accept. When a guest is looking for budget rooms or discounts per every details he is not satisfyed we are indeed a "bad experience". We offer the best service and the best experience possible, we are not pressured by threats on reviews or budget discounts wise as you did in the check out and after. My team did their best from 8 am to 8pm and then afterwards online and did even went to the hotel at 11pm. The wardrobes are just touch and open, so we do not understand the issues of opening these doors. We did not wave you breakfast, we offer a change of rooms and upgrade for free based on your requests that you did not accept. Be in mind that looking for "offers" based on "threats" is not something that we are used in our regular customers. And taking in account that you are a Journalist it's important that your access and knowledge of this behaviour is not at all professional and personally acceptable.

Hello Florence We are indeed quite surprised for all you notes, once that during your stay nothing was commented with David or Vanda. Our restaurant has a lovely reviews of the quality of our food ingredients and preparation mode, if for any reason it was not accordingly your taste please try to inform us during your stay as we can in the moment correct or adapt our service or proccedures. Its a LOFT Suite. All rooms have a seperate toilet bathroom. This one is a LOFT for 1 pax or 2, its the most special and photographed room in the house, and also the most affordable. Next time choose a room accordingle to your preferences. The photos are quite clear for each type of room and also the descriptions.
