Our experience at Porto Palace Montenegro was truly outstanding. The hotel is brand new, spotlessly clean, and very easy to access. The rooms are spacious, modern, and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views that made our stay unforgettable.

โThe level of friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was simply outstanding. As a small boutique hotel they will never be able to compete with larger hotels but teh experiene was transformed by the fact that they consistently went out of their way to be helpful and one staff member especially ( a lovely lady from Bali) was a goldmine of helpful information about local facilities and options for sightseeing/recreation and good restaurants in the area. We will definitely go back!โ
โWe loved this hotel a lot. Everything was exquisite and very clean. The amount of thought that was put into every detail in those rooms we appreciated. We enjoyed the bath salts next to the tub and the Perricone MD bathroom toiletries were a plus. Beautiful area close to shopping and many restaurants. We definitely recommend this hotel and if we ever find ourselves back in Montenegro we will be back to this hotel. โ
โGreat stay ruined by not refunding holding deposit still 1 month after we left. Holding deposit (ยฃ1800) taken from credit card instead of put on hold as agreed and has still not been refunded. Poor customer service having to chase for updates with no proof they have actually paid this back to usโ
โMe and my friend stopped here for 3 nights in August. We had a motorbike accident and went to the hospital where they wouldnโt dress my wounds or really want to help at all. When we got back to the hotel the receptionist was really concerned and got a member of staff who was a first aider (Mateja). They came to the room to clean and dress my wounds, they returned twice after that to re dress my wounds before going back home. I couldnโt thank Mateja enough for her help and concern.

โEs un hotel hermoso en primera lรญnea de playa. La habitaciรณn tiene una vista espectacular, de la estancia y desde la baรฑera. Amplia, muy bien decorada y acogedora.
Nos recibieron con una copa de prosseco, el personal muy atento. El desayuno variado y delicioso.

โThis property was absolutely amazing. I would move in and live here if I could. The customer service team was top notch and so helpful the entire time. Absolutely beautiful place, views were stunning. Unit was perfect. Is only suggest more pillows and perhaps a mattress topper. The bed was hard. But everything else was fantastic.
