Bad smell and only cold showers

Positives Clean sheets and towels Friendly owner/manager The breakfast was okay Negatives Horrendous smell throughout most of the property and unfortunately in particular in the area our room was in. Our triple room, which we were forced to take due to being a couple travelling with an enfant, only had two small towels. The bed sheets were exactly the size of the beds, so you'd need to be able to play dead while sleeping in order to avoid ending up directly on filthy madresses. The shower water heater didn't work, so only ice cold showers available. The remote for the air conditioning wasn't working and the tv had one single channel available. Info It's a bit far from most things in Porto Seguro, but it's very close to the airport. You'll need to climb a very steep hill, if you wanna to the walk there though. The hotel has parking, but there is lots of available free street parking right outside the hotel. There are pharmacies and restaurants close to the hotel.

Café da manhã excelente. Porém as instalações do hotel são antigas. Pelo menos o quarto que ficamos estava com a tampa do vaso e a lixeira quebradas, o chuveiro pingando e o colchão era velho. Porém, após a reclamação, tudo foi trocado, prontamente.

A estadia foi ok. Inicialmente, tivemos alguns problemas no quarto, pois o chuveiro não esquentava e o ar-condicionado não estava gelando. Entramos em contato com a equipe e fomos realocados para outro quarto, o que resolveu a situação. O café da manhã é bem simples, com opções mais básicas, mas atende bem. No geral, tivemos uma experiência tranquila.

Café da manhã com pouca variedade, quarto térreo a janela é pra rua impossibilitado abrir pra entrar ventilação, Wi-Fi NÃO funciona no quarto, tem possibilidade de deixar mala após o check-out e ir curtir a praia antes do voo isso éexcelente. Os quartos estavam sempre limpos, no geral o atendimento foi bom. Fica um pouco longe da passarela, pelo maps parece perto, mas pra ir apê é longe

O hotel é lindo, fiel às fotos e bem localizado. Achei tudo bem organizado e limpo. Além disso, achei os funcionários educados e o café da manhã ótimo. O único "problema" é a Internet que não pega direito, como apontado em outros comentários, mas pra mim isso é só um detalhe.

Preis-Leistung war in Ordnung so. Flughafennähe ist von Vorteil, Morgenbuffet ist schön im Herzen der Anlage gelegen, mit etwas Grün rundherum. Hatte während den zwei Tagen unmittelbar eine Baustelle vor meiner Tür. Personal war nicht speziell motiviert und zuvorkommend, aber auch nicht negativ aufgefallen.

O hotel deixou a desejar com relação ao estacionamento, que no site é oferecido a disponibilidade e quando chegamos ao hotel para guadar o carro ficamos sabendo que tinhamos que comprar a vagar. Foi horrível por quê o meu namorado teve que brigar pela vaga que era nossa por direito. #chateada!!

Ficamos apenas 1 dia, quarto bom, café da manhã muito gostoso. Funcionários atenciosos. APENAS 1 INSIDENTE, como descemos para o café e não conhecíamos a logística do cafe da manha e do Mingau de Aveia, fui pegar um pouco e a garçonete ou atendente ( quem estava repondo a mesa do cafe) foi muito deselegante ao tirar a concha na hora em que eu fui pegar o mingau e não justificou...que iria trocar...ate ai, tudo bem aguardei, e qdo fui pegar o mingau eu coloquei a tampa da vasilha de mingau em cima da mesa, ela foi muito ríspida, e pegou a tampa e passou por cima do meu braço e colocou no suporte. Como eu disse eu não conhecia a logística do espaço de café. Talvez ela não estivesse num bom dia, nem retribuiu um sorriso. Foi a única impressão que fiquei do hotel. A logística do Mingau.
