Quarto espaçoso, boa roupa de cama e banho. Equipe muito atenciosa e simpática, desde o atendimento para tirar dúvidas sobre check-in tardio quanto no atendimento so café da manhã e dojantar. Precisei que adaptassem pratos para mim, que sou vegetariana, e fui prontamente atendida. Piscinas muito boas. Sala de jogos precisa de uma manutenção, mas deu pra nos divertir. Hotel gigante, tem muitos quartos, uma área muito ampla. Fica frente mar, apenas necessitando atravessar a avenida. Tem alguns espaços para estacionar o carro. O café da manhã é bom, bem como as piscinas - há tobogã e sala de jogos. Gostei muito da estrutura mas o quarto em que eu fiquei, embora fosse espaçoso, a vista era muito feia (de frente ao muro), e era possível ouvir o barulho externo. Ducha era boa e o quarto era novo... sem reclamações, nem algo que surpreenda. Satisfatório.

Tive um problema ao chegar no local, o quarto que nos colocaram era bem diferente das fotos anunciadas, me disseram que era o quarto que equivaleria a categoria economica, porém o quarto cheirava mal, banheiro era péssimo, sem segurança pois as janelas e portas não tinha vedação e animais adentravam no quarto. Tentei falar com a recepção e gerência, porém só nos trocaram de quarto após duas noites.

O quarto era limpo e amplo. O café era variado e de boa qualidade. No entanto, havia apenas uma tomada no quarto e que era longe das camas. E a limpeza era feita por volta das 15h, de modo que, ao voltarmos cansados da praia, foi necessário aguardar a limpeza ser feita.

Quarto com problemas que alguns foram resolvidos logo após a reclamação, mas infelizmente o ar condicionado continuou sem funcionar com a capacidade normal, no mais o ponto alto foi a cordialidade dos funcionários e o restaurante a beira mar que foi bem legal já que era do próprio hotel.
