Escolhemos a hospedagem pela proximidade com a arena axemoi pois fomos a todos os dias do carnaporto. O quarto era bem grande com cama casal e uma bicama. Tinha tv na sala e no quarto e a cozinha tinha geladeira , fogão , microondas e torradeira . Café da manhã com muita variedade. Atendimento dos colaborados sempre muito cordiais .

O hotel é muito bonito. Quartos enormes que acomodam muito bem uma família. O problema é a limpeza e falta de manutenção. Apesar dos funcionários serem muito atenciosos e prestativos, o hotel carece de mais cuidados. Tomadas que não funcionam, limpeza dos banheiros deficiente, roupas de cama e banho muito antigas

Nada a reclamar do café da manhã. Tudo bem delicioso e constantemente trocado/adicionado. Os funcionários da parte do café da manhã todos muito educados e até mesmo do bar que fica na parte proximos as pisciinas. A maior reclamação foi em relação a limpeza que deixou muito a desejar, praticamente só arrumavam a cama. Banheiros não foram limpados, baratas que viemos a matar dentro do apartamento, após a limpeza, continuavam no mesmo lugar. Por algumas noites tivemos problemas com fornecimento de agua quente, o que impactou negativamente a experiencia.
