“The property is a bit dated. The carpet on stairway is frayed and should be replaced. The bedroom was tiny. The bed was comfortable. The staff seemed uninterested in checking me into the hotel, and I had wait and ask several times for assistance. Same with checkout. The restaurant’s food was good, esp the local seafood.”

“There is no doubt that staff at the hotel are excellent and super helpful. From checking to breakfast, everyone was a pleasure to deal with. We stayed in room 16 and unfortunately the corridor there smelt of damp as the bathroom. We left the windows open while we went out during the day to explore. Other than that, the decor in our room was beautiful and I would recommend stay at the hotel, and do check out the lovely roaring fire in the Bar area”

“We stayed in the garden suite and had a lovely stay for 2 nights. The room was spacious, the mattress was comfortable and the water pressure was great. The provided breakfast was minimal, but was a nice touch. We found the price a bit high for what we got (although, the price was far more reasonable compared to many hotels on the Isle of Skye) and the location was a bit far and remote, so we had to do additional driving to get to sites/restaurants, etc.”

“Greshornish was a beautiful spot however the location was quite remote and the driveway to get to the property was approximately 2.5 miles long and full of pot holes. It definitely could use some maintenance. The room was clean and large and the staff friendly. Breakfast was good but overpriced. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was very good.”
