I rated this hotel stay 5 stars. I found nothing to be less than excellent in my estimation. The staff was friendly and responsive. The food was excellent and housekeepers did a very good job cleaning, and they were very friendly and helpful. The outside of the property was clean and in good repair. While I was there, the other guests appeared to be of good character.

Our room was spacious and the kids loved the pool, it is small but the enjoyed it everyday. Breakfast was good but the pancake machine acted up everyday we were there.

Staff was so so. Always staring at phones and seemed like you were putting them off when you asked for something like towels for the pooo because there never were any in the pool area. The place was clean though and the breakfast was good.

Modern, convenient to shopping and Hampton beach. Price was comparable to theirs in the area. Breakfast was good. But, little was done for cleaning. Bathroom was not cleaned, looks like the floors were not cleaned. First night we had to brush dirt off from one of the bed sheets. One bed had a top sheet the first night but not the other bed or the rest of the nights for both. Carpet smelled. Last year was great but we will be looking elsewhere next year.
