The location of the motel was terrific. Close to the beach and some local restaurants. The room was clean and you were able to park your car and walk..
We have stayed at a few places in Hampton beach and this hotel was very nice to stay at for the short weekend trip we did! Friendly staff, very clean and, and enjoyed the pool as well.
Room and bathroom were small , two adults and three children didn’t work too well . Nice staff that were helpful and pool was nice

Overall it was nice weekend stay for our Labor Day Weekend. Housekeeping did a nice job but they could’ve swept some of the sand we brought it from the beach a little better than they did. Two biggest issues for me was our vent cover was broken so it dangled from the ceiling and the smell of the room was horrible. Cigarette smoke masked with air fresheners, which just made it an even more annoying smell to the room. Also, my wife felt like it smelled very moldy. Biggest highlight was the pool. Heated but not bath water and still refreshing/revitalizing for the body. Would recommend for a weekend and maybe a full week based on the pricing. Please add microwave and coffee maker to your amenities.
The property and the room were clean. We had put in the notes when booking requesting a lower floor and a rollaway bed. We were put on the third floor (no elevator) which was a struggle for a senior member of our group. The staff said there were no notes.
We were surprised by no phone in the room and no ice ($3 a bag at front desk) not a big deal but a surprise.
Would book again if I could guarantee a lower floor room.
Room was clean and exceptable. A fine place to go being the beach is the star. Location was great and convenient. Ive stayed a few times and its been the good. The pool is a nice bonus as well

The pool was great! Hotel room was just an average motel. Very close to the strip, everything is in walkable distance.
