Hotel Palazzo Murat was an excellent choice for our stay in Positano. The service was amazing. They have a delicious breakfast served every morning. The rooms were always kept and cleaned thoroughly. They helped us in arranging transportation from Napoli airport and also in making reservations with nearby restaurants.

What a tremendous experience! A resort-like property easily walkable to the beach and lots of positano. And yet you have a pool, gardens, restaurant, patio, truly welcoming and attentive staff. Again, maybe 4-5 sets of stairs to the beach, but removed from the crowds. We loved this hotel.

Gorgeous property right in the heart of the pedestrian area of Positano. The decor was beautiful, in our room and around the hotel. The service was excellent (a little stuffy at times, but understandable for the caliber of the hotel). The turndown service & welcome treat were such a great touch. Breakfast was fantastic. We also loved the outdoor spaces for dining and by the pool, which were marked by a lemon terrace, water views, and a vegetable garden. Highly recommend if you're staying in Positano. You can't beat the location and service.

Fabulous stay in this property. Our room was very spacious and cozy, with beautiful ceramic tiled floor and a terrace overlooking the lemons trees. Very beautiful grounds with an inviting terrace, perfect to sip an aperitif or enjoy the delicious breakfast. The location was ideal, it allowed easy and fast access to the beach area, same as shops and restaurants atop. Staff was truly on point, very polite and friendly. We absolutely loved this place and highly recommend it for a stay in Positano.

Clean and the staff is SO accommodating. Great restaurant on premises. Live music on Sunday. DJ Thursday. Food was excellent. Every staff is so happy. Breakfast included. Pool area beautiful. View of the church. You hear the church bells. View from balcony you can sit on is amazing. Bed is big and comfortable. Shower pressure is good. Concetta the concierge is wonderful and helpful. Leonardo is great and funny and welcoming. Close to everything restaurants. Port. Shops. Bars.

Absolutely wonderful stay at the Palazzo Murat. The best hotel we have ever stayed in. Nothing is too much trouble - you only have to ask and whatever you need is done for you. Spotlessly clean and the gardens are beautiful, as is the pool area. We couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough!

I had a fabulous stay at this property and i definitely want to give the staff their flowers. They were so helpful and polite, always there when we needed assistance. We had so many questions about transportation, getting around, and taking the ferry, which they were all able to answer making much of our stay in positano smooth . The room was clean and well kept. We also enjoyed the outdoor bar area, it has a beautiful view of the city with a beautiful garden attached . I would also say they are in the perfect location to get to the beaches and ferries. Most hotels in the area are off the beaten path/no road access this one was right near where car services can drop you off and they offer luggage service. Highly highly recommend for a trip to positano.

We were blown away by our time at the Palazzo Murat right from the start. The location is perfect, right in the middle of the town, and the hotel grounds are gorgeous. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and special at all times. We stayed in a partial sea view room and we were delighted with it. The balcony was a particular highlight with a great view over the garden and down to the sea. We also ate at the hotel restaurant, which was superb and a meal we won’t soon forget. The pool area was also great and we spent a lot of time there. Only note is that the pool is not heated! So a little cold in October. The bar area was so pleasant for morning breakfast and evening drinks. Especially when they brought in a live band! We would highly recommend the Palazzo Murat to anyone thinking of spending anytime in Positano!
