"Great hotel! Lobby and restaurant are awesome. There is an entire gym for guests which I’ve never seen before. Location is great - safe and clean area with extremely close access to the bus that can take you to and from the airport. Also extremely quiet at night - got a good nights rest when I needed it. Absolutely would recommend."

"It was a nicer place than others for sure! But the only complaint I have is that it was extremely loud all night almost every night, and the early morning was extremely loud! However, I was placed in the room directly across from the main door and lobby. But all things considered, it was a friendly staff environment that was a highlight for the stay..."

"Accidentally booked a queen size bed instead of a king size room. They were happy to accommodate me while also being very busy with it being comicon con weekend. They were also extraordinarily helpful when I ran out of coffee creamer very first thing in the morning!"

"The hotel appeared to be very quiet when we stayed, I'm not sure of the reason for this but wonder if it is more of a business hotel rather that regular tourist hotel. the hotel is very well connected with lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. Breakfast consisted of some crispy bacon, eggs, prepacked pastries, yogurt from a dispenser, a small selection of cereals and apples and oranges. We did find during our trip both of the Best Western hotels that we stayed at use disposable cutlery, plates and cups, this is presumably to save on labour costs, however the lack of recycling of these items was rather surprising, especially from a brand such as Best Western whom I think need to make improvments in this area."
