"We didn't stay here! We walked into the room and saw hair in the bathroom sink, there were 2 beds and one was so close to the bathroom door that you had to shimmy past the bed or climb over it to get to the bathroom. There were flies in the room too. It looked like some sort of apartment deep in the hood! My wife was basically disgusted with the place. I'm trying to get a refund for this as we had to find another hotel for the night."

"Staff was very helpful, but they don’t clean your room, even after you make the request before 11 a.m. per their requirement. If there is anything you need you will have to go get it from the front desk (including toilet paper). They do not have extra pillows, so don’t bother to ask. The plumbing is terrible. You have to flush the toilet 3 times to flush urine. If you need a a cheap no frills place to stay, go for it. Do not stay here expecting more than the bare minimum. Oh, there is ample parking, so that’s helpful."

"My stay at Fairfield Inn-Valley Forge/King of Prussia was excellent. The property was in tip-top shape and my room plenty spacious for one person. Bed was very comfortable. Desk space was useful. I kept bottled water in fridge so it would be cold when I was ready to drink it. Bottled water is provided free of charge at the front desk. Hot breakfast was really awesome! It was ready by 6:30 am and open until 9 am. Booths and tables to sit and enjoy breakfast were plentiful. Food was excellent and varied each day. Easy location to find for Uber and Door Dash as I went one day to sight see at Valley Forge and 2 times I had food delivered by Door Dash. I would especially like to acknowledge Damon for locating an extra bag to put ice in because I needed to ice my knee due to overuse and I had used up the plastic bag provided to me with my ice bucket and was in need of another plastic bag. Damon looked until he found one. I was grateful as the ice really helped my knee feel better more quickly. Thanks Damon! Each of the other front desk clerks were equally as helpful though I did not get their names."
