Good place in Poznan, nice infrastructure with room for improvement on maintainance- missing plank in sauna for 3 weeks, not original L’Occitane gel in the swimming pools. But the breakfast ist great and Cucina restaurant amazing. For me still only one 5* hotel is the one in Polanica Zdrój.

Great service, fantastic atmosphere!

Excellent service, super check in - we were upgraded die free, our little daughter got a gift. Rooms are beautiful, we also love the swimming pool and spa area. What's best tough is the neighborhood, the great restaurants and bars around.

Lots of dining options. Good location. Rooms are a little awkward as you're above the shops. Gets loud as well with people leaving the restaurant late at night and cars revving in the parking lot.

Rooms are very large and well-appointed. My room was in the "residence" which is a short distance from the reception. The spa is in another building opposite the main hotel. The room is much larger than a traditional hotel room and includes a kitchenette and dining table for 2 as well as a desk. A large pot plant sits on the floor in the middle of the room. Mi bedside lamps are a nice touch. You can also open two windows in the roof with a button by the bed. These are fitted with some form of curtain that does not keep all the light out. We arrived late at night and had real trouble finding our rooms - information from reception was sketchy, and it turned out we were in the wrong building. Bizarrely, both buildings have rooms with the same numbers. Breakfast was great - lots of choice, some nice touches like pickled vegetables. Very friendly and helpful staff. Downsides - for a 5-star hotel, I would expect a robe in the room - there were slippers only. The bath towel was small and only one was placed in the room, until the last day of my stay when I got two. There were no tissues provided. The desk lamp had no available socket and so didn't work. Overall, the experience was good - it would not take much to make it better.

The twin beds were extremely small in size. When you turn around you can fall off the bed. Pillows were not good. Otherwise it’s a nice place to stay. Very comfortable

Fantastic hotel on the outskirts of the city. Rooms are stunning and HUGE. Breakfast was fantastic and we had lovely food in the Whiskey Bar. For under £100 per night (which is what we paid) this offers AMAZING value for money. Would highly recommend

Positive: Very clean, spacious, and stylishly furnished room. Breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant staff were very friendly. Negative: Housekeeping did not meet the 5-star standard – cleaning was only done late in the afternoon, and soap as well as toilet paper were not replenished. In the pool and sauna area, floor tiles are coming loose. Bathrobes were missing upon arrival, and on my birthday, there was unfortunately no small gesture from the hotel. Pozytywy: Bardzo czysty, przestronny i stylowo urządzony pokój. Śniadanie było doskonałe, a obsługa w restauracji bardzo przyjazna. Negatywy: Serwis sprzątający nie spełniał standardu 5 gwiazdek – sprzątanie odbywało się dopiero późnym popołudniem, a mydło i papier toaletowy nie były uzupełniane. W strefie basenu i sauny odklejają się płytki podłogowe. Po przyjeździe brakowało szlafroków, a w dniu moich urodzin niestety nie było żadnego drobnego gestu ze strony hotelu.

Fantastisk hotel

City park hotel er fantastisk på alle områder. Flotte, store værelser, lækker pool og wellness området samt meget imødekommende personale. Der er mange, meget gode restauranter i resortområdet. Det eneste lille minus er, at de ikke har et fitness lokale med relevante maskiner. De har kun enkelte maskiner i samme rum som poolen. Hotellet er bestemt en oplevelse værd!
