The kitchen was well stocked - would have liked a toaster and couldn’t figure out the stove fan so instructions on how to turn it on would have helped- a couple more tea towels would have been nice. We couldn’t get the tv to work but we didn’t plan on watching it anyway. Appreciated the security of the place. View was great . A large broom instead of small one would work better to clean floor with."

"This is the second time we stay in this hotel and both times we were very satisfied. It is maybe a block from Wenceslas Square and the Museum of Prague and within walking distance to Old Town. It is very clean with a very good breakfast. Every one in this hotel is very nice and very polite. They have a coffee and juice machine in the lobby, available to guests 24 hours a day. I had mentioned that it was our wedding anniversary and they left us a bottle of wine in our room with a beautiful note. They really make you feel at home."

8/10 Good
"While there is an elevator to SOME guest rooms, our room was in a section that had no elevator. To get to our room we had to walk through a restaurant on the first floor and up a flight of stairs. The restaurant can be noisy, which can be noticed in the room late at night. The room itself was fine, though showing signs of wear. Amenities include hand/body soap that doubles as shampoo, but no bar soap or conditioner is provided. And while the restaurant staff are friendly and cheerful, the hotel staff is generally silent and mostly ignores guests unless a specific request is made."
