"Our room (the senior suite) was really spacious and had everything we needed. All of the staff we interacted with were very pleasant and helpful. They let us store our suitcase upon checkout and booked us a taxi to the airport. "Great property very central to pretty much everything in Prague. It’s literally around the corner from Powder Tower and a two minute walk from Old Town Square. Staff were very friendly and the beds were comfortable. Pillows were a little on the small side more like cushions tbh but for me that wasn’t really an issue. Decent bathroom with a decent shower although hot water can take a while to come through. The glass elevator was a nice touch to the hotel. In terms of breakfast there it was ok a nice selection of breakfast items but they are slightly limited in space in the dining area but that can’t be helped. The staff are very helpful and friendly and go out of their way to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. The room itself was quiet and got a good nights sleep every night. They also have free WiFi which has really decent speeds and connectivity. So all in all I had a really good stay there. I’d definitely book again. "
