깔끔하고 전망 좋은 호텔
전체적으로 관리가 잘 된 현지느낌의 호텔입니다. 편의시설도 잘되어 있고 욕조에서 피로를 풀 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 침대도 넓고 구도심보다 넓은 객실이 편했습니다. 다만, 주요 관광지와 거리가 있어서 걸어가기 보다는 트램을 이용해야한다는 단점이 있지만 전체적으로 만족스러운 3박이었습니다.

만족스러운 호텔! 다음 체코 방문 할 때 재방문 의사 있음
강이 보이는 뷰는 아니었지만, 호텔을 나서자마자 보이는 다리는 너무 멋졌다. 전반적으로 룸이 깔끔하고 좋았다. 아쉬운 점은 욕조커튼에 곰팡이가 생겼다는 점이다.

리버뷰가 멋진 호텔이었어요. 출장으로 하루 묵을 호텔이었는데 멋진 프라하의 풍경을 한눈에 담을 수 있어 좋았습니다. 지역특성상 오래된 건물이지만 불편함 없이 잘 묵고 갑니다.

올드타운에서 조금은 떨어져 있지만 조용했습니다. 차를 가지고 갔었기에 주차를 걱정했는데 주차도 쉽게 할 수 있어 좋았고 바로 옆에 강이 흐르고 다리가 가까운 근처에 있었기 때문에 올드타운에 쉽게 갈 수있었습니다. 룸은 1층이라 조금 어두운 편이었지만 깨끗하게 관리되고 있었고 고전적인 느낌의 호텔이었습니다. 전체적으로 만족합니다.

블타바 강의 전망을 바로 즐길 수 있는 안락한 호텔
블타바 강변의 댄싱 빌딩을 바로 마주보는 위치의 호텔입니다. 전반적으로 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 블타바 강과 바로 닿아있어 전망이 매우 좋습니다. (객실별로 차이 있음) 호텔 바로 앞의 다리를 통해 건너가면 보트 선착장이 있어 보트 투어를 즐길 수 있습니다. 지하철 안델역, 쇼핑센터와 멀지 않아 이동 및 쇼핑이 용이합니다. 호텔 직원들이 전반적으로 모두 친절합니다. 객실 내 와이파이는 빠르지는 않지만 간단한 인터넷 서핑 및 메신저 이용은 문제 없었습니다. 조식 및 라운지는 이용하지 않았습니다. 다시 이용하고 싶은 호텔 입니다.

고풍스럽고 이국적인 느낌이 들어요. 올드타운에 가려면 한 5-10분 걸어가서 지하철로 세정거장 가면 되는데, 은근 귀찮지만 강변에 있어서 뷰도 좋고 직원도 친절해요. 하지만 조식은 불포함에 가격도 비싸서 밥은 따로 나가서 먹었어요.

너무 좋은 호텔^_^
뷰도 너무 좋고, 룸 컨디션도 너무 좋았습니다. 직원들도 친절했고, 침대에 누워서 보이는 강이 너무 아름다웠네요. 프라하가 워낙 작은 도시라 조금만 걸으면 되서 다니기에 그다지 불편하지는 않았지만, 구시가지 광장에서 주로 관광을 한다면, 약간 불편할 수도 있습니다. 하지만, 다음에 또 프라하에 간다면 이 호텔을 이용할 생각이예요!

가격대비 괜찮은 호텔!
호텔은 깔끔하고 서비스도 좋은 편이었습니다 가격대비 좋았다고 생각이 되구요, 다만 위치가 관광지쪽이랑 거리가 있어서 조금 불편했네요~ 체스키에서 오는거라 안델역에서 걸어서 갈 수 있단 점은 좋았습니다(조금 걷긴 해야합니다..)

아늑한 풍경
관광객이 북적이는 까를 다리에서 도보로 약 30분 떨어져 있어서 매우 조용한 분위기이다. 시끄럽고 혼잡한 곳을 피하고 싶다면 강추. 또한 강가에 있어서 야경이 매우 아름답다. 근처에 괜찮은 레스토랑들도 꽤 있는데 까를 다리 근처보다 금액이 더 싼편이다. 아무래도 관광객보다는 근처 주민을 상대로 하기때문인것 같다. 대중교통을 이용하기에는 조금 불편한 점이 있다. 호텔 바로 앞에는 대중교통이 없고 적어도 도보로 10분정도는 나가야 지하철이나 트램을 이용할수 있다. 호텔은 매우 청결하며 직원들의 친절함도 매우 높이 평가할만하다. 가까운 곳에 큰 쇼핑몰도 있어서 쇼핑하기에도 괜찮은 편.

처음에 들어갔을때 프론트 직원분이나 객실관리해주시는 분 모두모두 친절해서 기분이 아주 좋았습니다. 객실은 3층이였는데 저희 방에서 강이 보여서 분위기도 너무 좋았구요~다만 조식이 가격에 비해 종류가 너무 없다는점 15유로 주고 먹기엔 좀... 아까웠어용~ 조식 부분만 좀더 보완된다면 완전 좋은 호텔일것 같아요~

The hotel located in a very quiet and central location. Julia (blonde receptionist lady, I might misspell her name) was so nice, helpfull, always there to help. She made our holiday. Housekeeping wasn't really good at all. They didn't leave the amenities for all of us. And cleaning wasn't very good as well. At the end we have been asked to pay for the drinks from the minibar which we haven't drunk. Julia removed them from the bill. We enjoyed our stay. The best thing is if there's a problem all staff were there to help for.

The hotel and room was clean, calm with a pleasant smell. The products were natural and of good quality. The bed slept great. Only thing, the room was a bit hot for us and we could not make it colder with the controler. But we didn’t ask for help either. The hotel offers breakfast, we didnt use this. I’m not sure if they have dinner or lunch. For NYE they offered a rooftop party for a price, but we opted for something else. The room has drinks you can use with additional payment off course. We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for us. We walked mostly or took Bolt taxi to the centre. If you want to travel by public transport you can cross the bridge and will find a halt across the dancing house. The address is only a little tricky for the Bolt, because the maps sends the taxi in front of the hotel which is on the road. So we told the taxi to make a round to come to the parking lot or you could walk a bit further at the back of the hotel so the driver can see your location. We would definitely come back if we were to travel to Prague!

La déception !
Nous sommes déçus de notre séjour au sein du Mamaison Riverside Prague et nous n'y retournerons pas, ni ne le recommanderons. Objectivement, l'hôtel est bien placé, de bon goût, propre et la chambre était spacieuse. Le personnel était agréable et souriant dans l'ensemble. Subjectivement, nous avions demandé un early check-in par téléphone qui avait été accepté pour 11h, une fois sur place celui-ci nous a été refusé et on nous a demandé de patienter jusque 13h. Nous sommes partis déjeuner et à notre retour, après 14h, nous avons encore dû attendre 30 minutes... Nous avons donc eu la chambre 3h30 après l'heure convenue. La chambre justement, numéro 210 (refusez-la), a une vue sur la cour et est coincée entre deux ascenseurs. Un pour les voyageurs qui parlent tout haut à toute heure en attendant légitimement que l'ascenseur arrive. L'autre pour le staff et ses chariots TRÈS bruyants qui vous réveillent le matin. Dès le premier soir le gel douche était terminé : il n'a pas été rechargé durant notre séjour, heureusement que nous avions notre savon. Nous ne pouvions pas changer de chambre car l'hôtel était complet. L'hôtesse d'accueil nous a gentiment offert notre late check-out mais malheureusement cela n'a pas amélioré la qualité de nos nuits. En somme, nous pensons qu'il s'agit d'un hôtel correct, mais pas pour l'ensemble des chambres, d'autant que compte tenu de la période des fêtes, nous avons payé le prix fort pour ces nuits.

Lovely hotel. No customer service.
Stayed at the hotel before Xmas from the 11th dec to 15th dec. This hotel is absolutely fantastic beautiful big room beautiful architecture and on the banks of the river, just on the opposite side of the river is the dancing house. Easy enough to walk to a lot of places and trams just round the corner so location is fantastic. Stayed at this hotel due to price as the hotel I normally stay at was quite expensive on the run up to Xmas and this was very responsibly priced at time of booking. After a few nights I was in a condry cos I visit Prague a lot and I was thinking wow I may have to stay here now because the rooms were lovely and roomy, bathroom with bath shower big toilet was lovely and the bed was comfy only issue with room was air con but I could have asked for help with it but I didn’t ask because I could open window slightly. My issue was after the 3rd night I had no house keeping so spoke to reception and they said I wouod get some the next day. Unfortunately came in after a day of drinking and by the 4th night still no housekeeping and the attitude I got of reception was what do you want me to do. When I checked out the attitude continued I wasn’t even given an apology was just told if you had an mini bar we sorted and goodbye, I asked to speak to a manager and was told again goodbye never felt like that in my life felt so belittled and just took for granted after I wanted to complain about not having house keeping for a 4 night stay. Lovely hotel but no custservice

Stunning room and friendly service
We were warmly welcomed by multiple staff members after a long travel day. We were a little early but Katerina put us in a beautiful room right away. The room was stunning and well appointed. My daughter and I thought we were in a dream! Breakfast was prompt, fresh and delivered with a smile. Highly recommend staying here.

Vi bokade hotellet för en fyradagar resa. Hotellet för sig är bra både gällande service, personal och läget är också bra då har man både stadens sidorna ändå inte så mycket buller om skall sova tidigare.

Lovely older hotel with character, but remodeled with modern fixtures. Good location for people who like to stay in a neighborhood and walk a bit, but also on tram lines for people who don’t want to walk. Great breakfast.
