생각보다는

지나다가 로비가 인근 호텔보다 잘되어 있어 조금 비싸더라도 숙박을 하였는데 방은 가격대비 별로입니다. 그 전날 그 앞에 있는 Twenty one호텔에서 잤는데 much better

전철역이 가깝기는 하지만 전철로 바로갈수있는관광지가생각보다많지않다. 밤에는호텔에만머물러야한다. 청결한편이라는것빼고는별장점이없다

Property location is superb Rooms need a luggage rack! Had to put suitcases on the floor and dresser which was less than ideal.

La posizione ottima. Qualche dettaglio da migliorare da parte del personale.. Perché al check in non ci é stata chiesta la carta di credito a garanzia ed una piantina di Roma ma il tutto ci é stato chiesto solo nel pomeriggio al nostro rientro in hotel? E poi ci é stata assegnata una stanza per disabili... Doccia senza box doccia quindi ma aperto e quindi inutilizzabile.. Si allaga il bagno... Era il caso di chiedere se andava bene

I commenti dei nostri Ospiti sono indispensabili per gli Hotel, come il nostro, che puntano ad offrire un servizio professionale e di qualità. Siamo molto dispiaciuti di apprendere che alcuni dettagli del suo soggiorno non siano stati all'altezza delle sue aspettative. Per quanto riguarda il suo appunto sulla piantina e la carta di credito, sono stati richiesti nel pomeriggio per potervi dare l'opportunità di salire quanto prima in camera, ci dispiace se questo le possa essere sembrato inopportuno. Per quanto riguarda la camera, invece, i colleghi del ricevimento, l'hanno omaggiata di un free upgrade in una Premium. Se avesse fatto presente la sua preferenza, contattando direttamente la reception, avrebbero provveduto a cambiarle camera immediatamente. Siamo rammaricati di non essere riusciti nel nostro intento di farle vivere un'autentica esperienza NH Collection, speriamo vivamente di poterla avere nuovamente come nostro gradito Ospite e regalarle il piacere di un soggiorno unico e indimenticabile. Clean rooms, nice amenities and great breakfast! Staff was courteous and location was perfectly located close to the Vatican and other tourist areas.
