“Overall nice and clean. The superior family lodge is over two floors. Staff nice and polite and personal parking space. There are three pod point EV chargers in the parking which is an advantage but sometimes all occupied. The slight issue was the heat. You wouldn't usually expect too much heat in Snowdon but given there was the heatwave going, the top floor where the bedrooms were, it was difficult to sleep there. “The staff were pleasant and the pool area was OK. Location of the hotel was good. However on the second floor the decor was in need of a lot of improvement. The carpet was threadbare in places; the corridor and our room 223 had paint flaking off in places; the curtains were in need of replacement and were tattily drawn which looked a mess. The bathroom only had one narrow shelf above the toilet which meant there was nowhere to put your toiletries. Finally thought paying £10 per night for car...

“Everything you needed”

“Had a lovely romantic getaway. Swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, gym all literally 10 metres away from the room. Also a great little games room with pool, air hockey, video games, table tennis and much more all free of charge, again opposite the room. Lots of friendly farm animals that you can visit as often as you wish, the hosts are great and nothing is too much trouble for them. We’ll definitely be returning.”
