Bear bones historic hotel that was exactly what we were looking for. The location in walking distance to downtown Prescott made this the perfect spot. The hotel doesn't really have any amenities, but we were not looking for any. Very cool historic hotel and the owner was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The A/C took a little bit to get going and would’ve been great if the room was cool upon check in! The hotel was beautifully historic and our group was super comfortable! Easy to self check in and great parking behind for our motorbikes. Marked as one of our favorites!

Our room was small but very clean. The bed was very comfortable and sheets were great quality. The staff was professional & helpful. Hotel is in a great area located very close to Whiskey Row. This is a quaint, historic, boutique hotel. The room was small, but well appointed. It is within walking distance to the Yavapai court house and Whiskey Row. The exterior of the hotel needs some work, but the interior is well maintained.
