"I stayed in a 2 queen bed room. My room smelt like cigarettes and cheap air fresheners. The air conditioning unit smelt like mildew. One of the windows in the pool area had a gunshot bullet hole in it. The room was not clean at all. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!"

"Check-in went smoothly and they gave me a "nicer" room. Room was clean. The AC worked which is always a blessing in Texas. Breakfast was the traditional continental breakfast plus a waffle machine and the area was clean. Check-out was easy as well. TV had all my favorite channels and also worked! Refrigerator and microwave worked well. All in all, a very great room for the price."

"Every thing was new and well maintained. The cleaning staff were friendly and did a great job. There was no breakfast but with the money saved I could eat out. Great place to stay if you are going birding at state park or in town. Good place to stay overnight if on road or hunting in area. Plenty and safe parking outside room."
