“Property was quiet, warm and generally clean - good location so we could walk to a couple of restaurants. Would have felt safer if other clients remembered to close the inner front door, which was on a keypad lock!! A couple of minor things which I mentioned directly to the Mode people - but not a deal-breaker!”

“I had a lovely stay! Cliff was a wonderful host and the breakfasts were very tasty. I was visiting Southport solo to see where my father was born. It's a cute town and this lodging is highly recommended.”

“I previously messaged them as I booked adina hotel but they got us to stop in the Galloway instead. Which was strange. Me and my children caught bed bug bites that’s how dirty this place was we are all covered still. I didn’t agree with sharing a bathroom and shower with other customers. The bathroom was filthy! Stay well clear from these places, if you are staying in Blackpool go elsewhere!”

“The owners were lovely, friendly and very welcoming. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. Although there is no onsuite toilet the ones available were very clean. In our room we did have our own shower room. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice quite B&B”
