You are just renting a room. No frills. It is clean and tidy. The parking beside the house is limited but plenty of street parking is available. There are a few options for food, within a 5 minute walk. Or a kitchen if you would like to cook. With an Aldi within a 2minute walk. Ideal if you just need somewhere to eat and sleep as your working near by.

Close to the town centre and Turf moor, the football stadium of Burnley FC. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy too! Will stay here again if I come to Burnley.

A Comfortable and Relaxing Stay!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Innovation and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The highlight of my stay was definitely the bed—it was so comfortable! I had an excellent night's sleep, which made a huge difference in how I felt the next day. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I needed. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable place to stay. I'll definitely be returning on my next visit!

My son and I were there for the football at Turf Moor, the property is in a great location for the football ground and the amenities in the town centre. The twin room was very clean, comfortable and the facilities great. I was able to park outside the building. It was fantastic value for money and I will certainly look to stay there again if I should return to Burnley as I live in Cornwall.

The actual room was nice and it was really easy to self check in which was very helpful for me as I finished work so late. Unfortunately it was super noisy and I didn’t sleep the entire night as there were constant banging doors throughout the night.

Comfortable and Clean, close to Turf Moor

We had a very nice stay at Innovation House, we were there for the football with Turf Moor being really close. The accommodation was very clean, comfortable and warm. The bathroom was nice and the shower was very good. Communication with the host was excellent. Our only criticism was there wasn’t any soap/liquid soap in the bathroom and as a result we had to use our shower gel to wash our hands.

10/15 mins walk from Burnley bus station, very convenient. Communication was good on the day of arrival. Room clean and comfortable, had everything I needed. Was a bit disappointed that I had to rely on the apps on TV as no Freeview. But it didn't spoil my stay. Would definitely recommend and return for another stay. My daughter lives in Burnley and it was very close to her home. Very convenient
