โProfessional, warm and friendly welcome by the man on reception. Ate in the restaurant which was very good value & excellent food. Very comfortable bed. Would definitely stay here again. โ
โThe Pine Marten is very reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area. The hotel building is separate from the pub so no noise. The bedroom was clean with all facilities. The bed was (unlike in some hotels) very comfortable. Had continental breakfast each day at ยฃ6 odd. It was adequate but no yoghurt mixed with berries like at Premier Inn and Holiday Inn Express. Also the music being played was dire

โFabulous refurb, stayed here about 12 years ago the transformation is absolutely lovely! Stayed in a standard room, which is on the small size but beautifully decorated with everything you need. Particularly liked the L'Occitane toiletries in the stylish bathrooms. The restaurant and casual areas are very stylish, the food, atmosphere and staff were great, and Aberlady is just an adorable quiet location on the doorstep of 22 golf courses, beaches and fabulous walks. What's not to love! Will...
"The location and view were truly excellent. Major tourist attractions were within walking distance. Right after check-in, we found that the bathroom sink was clogged, but it was promptly repaired. The breakfast was also outstanding. One downside was that noise insulation both inside and outside the hotel could have been better. Overall, itโs a very good place to stay in Edinburgh.

"It's a good hotel. Above all, the location is the best. The facilities and hygiene are also good. However, the shower room drainage facility is inadequate."
