“This is a beautiful property right on the Guadalupe River. The quaint rooms have been remodeled, and we loved the retro style. Our only issue was that we were there for four nights and our room was never serviced. We did find a cleaning lady and were able to change out our towels. The day before we left, we asked about having our room serviced and were informed that it was upon request only and even though it was late morning, it was too late to have it done that day we were told. “Good location for easy access to the I-35 corridor. Could hear the interstate noise, however, and although I had reserved a king bed room, they only had 2 queen bed rooms available. The room had a mildew smell, damp carpet and cracked sink.”

“Updates before arrival are very well prepared, complete informations about the inn and its nearby amenities are provided, very clean room and bathroom, good water system for the shower, enough for our family of 3 pax, peaceful area, parking right in front of the room, super convenient location for water tubing in the river, shopping and F&B, and lastly very friendly hosts. Highly Recommended!”

“Our first mistake was not checking the Google reviews. We booked this hotel because the Expedia reviews were decent, and the pictures made it look clean and updated. The pool looked amazing, and our kids were excited to keep swimming after park days at Schlitterbahn. Unfortunately, the pictures didn't match reality. Our first floor, non-smoking room smelled like smoke and mildew, and the door was so damaged we had to lift it just to close it. The pool was disgusting! Green water, algae...

“Room was dirty, mattress on sofa couch was yellow no sheets provided in room you have to go downstairs to request sheets and gave only one sheet and cover no fitted sheet given. The window unit in the room did not cool room, never staying there again”
