We were moved to a flat in a closed, ugly, complex and I found out only because I realised the pictures the owner (or whoever Billy, the person I was exchanging whatsups with is) did not correspond to the guesthouse advertised. "The rooms were smelling of cigarettes, They dont have payments system that works and always ask for a cash payment and if you get back late,blame you for it.I was told my bags were taken out of my room and kicked out, even though i had explained that i will be coming back and i was still attending my meetings. This is the text they sent me "Okay, we canceled your reservation for tonight and sold the room. I hope you find decent accommodation that will tolerate your nonsense." I advised them i will be putting this on their review and said ok. They have no care whatsoever for customer service. Please share this and avoid this place to avoid disappointment. If you do go there, all the best and share your experience. "
