โI had a rocky start with the staff who asked me to cancel my reservation as they couldnโt have my room ready on the day of check-in. To their credit, they willingly listened to my plea and gave me a human customer service. I was grateful for their service by the end of my stay as they went the extra mile to make up for the non-functional room. Restaurant was excellent, staff was wonderful. I highly recommend this place and hope they keep treating customers as human beings. Kudos to the staff...
โA great hotel that was good value and in a good location. Near the airport but also in the heart of Andheri so easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Proximity to the motorway was a concern but inside it was like an oasis - zero noise. Roof top terrace and pool was a bonus. โ
โWhen I first arrived I was slightly concerned because the hotel was out of down town Mumbai and didnโt look that welcoming. However the rooms were clean and comfortable. What impressed me was the service I was given. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for the staff. If in Mumbai again I would certainly chose to stay there. โ
