“Le falta mucho mantenimiento, hotel muy viejo. Pero con buena ubicación No hay muchas opciones en Progreso”

“Our room was clean, well stocked with plenty of the toiletries needed for our stay. The towels and linens were first class and the AC stayed cold like we like it. My spouse has a travel fan and it decided to stop working. We called the front desk and had another fan within about five minutes. The breakfast is amazing and the service is outstanding. “We had a wonderful stay in Progreso! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. One of the best parts was the beautiful beach view — waking up and seeing the ocean was amazing! We also really enjoyed the pool area, which was clean, relaxing, and perfect after spending time at the beach. Overall, it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. Great location, beautiful views, excellent service, and a welcoming...

Fresh towels, body soap and hand soap were also provided, which was appreciated. I would recommend this hotel to solo travellers and couples looking for a simple, comfortable and affordable place to...

The electricity went off for 1 morning and management did respond quickly but was instructed to only use one burner on the stove. Washer was very loud...
