"Unfortunately a terrible experience. Arrived at night to be told, we don’t have a room. Didn’t matter that I had a booking. No sympathy or apology. Had to find a hotel elsewhere with a taxi. A month later, and there’s still been no refund or apology. Very poor behaviour "

"Warm and welcoming at checkin. We got invited to free chacha tasting. The room was amazing. Loved the detail , such as rocking chair, power full body shower, balcony and beautiful floor inlays. "

"The staff are incredibly pleasant and helpful. The location is lovely - which has a nice view of the river in the rear of the building and it's very walkable to all the areas of the city. There was quite a bit of light coming in our window which made it challenging to sleep but I imagine that changes from room to room. Overall, would definitely recommend. "
