Generally, quite good. I had a problem and First Responders had to be called. Staff was excellent and my problem was quickly and professionally solved. Neptune, an Ash Hotel
The hotel is fine, but I wouldn't stay there again. The room was dark, and the shower curtain was very clingy. The shower was either cold or scor.
