Dan and Daniel were phenomenal hosts and may our stay a really relaxing and enjoyable experience. From their walking/hiking tips, to fresh breakfast each morning, they made Ptown feel more like home. We loved the private access to our room from the deck. Clean, quiet, and few blocks away from the heart of the city. Would highly recommend the Benchmark Inn!

Wonderful Inn in Provincetown

We loved our stay at the Benchmark Inn It was a great location, very nicely run place - wonderful hospitality and very nice breakfast. The room was beautiful, clean, nicely updated bathroom, small serviceable kitchen area, gas fireplace, with access to roof deck, sweeping views of the ocean and rooftops of Provincetown. We met one of the owners and had a fun conversation during breakfast, he clearly love what he is doing. Highly recommended.

The Benchmark was lovely. The morning break fast was perfect. We had room 7 and the view and the deck was lovely. Room was tiny it comfortable - not much room for luggage - I was on a long trip before so I just took out what I needed and left the rest in the car. Parking is tight - we were there in offseason - so could see how that could be an issue in the summer months. P-town was fantastic as well!

Beautiful home a half block from Commercial Street. The location couldn't have been better. While the room was small, it was nicely appointed, very clean and updated. Our hosts were very attentive and a pleasure to get to know. They gave solid advice on local dining options and activities. We had one of the two rooms with balcony access and the view was fabulous. Just be aware that if stairs are an issue, you might want to get a room on a lower floor Highly recommended.

Immaculate, warm, friendly, kind space. Excellent food and coffee in a beautiful setting, with room for communal conversation and sharing, as well as many spaces to relax quietly alone. Spectacular roof deck with a panoramic ocean view, and a one minute walk to the best restaurants, such as Strangers and Saints. Rooms are new, modern, with high end finishes. Daniel brings his Swiss attention to detail to everything he touches, and will be handing you the coffee before you even ask. A solid 10, best in Provincetown.

Excellent place to stay at P-town! Don is an amazing host, very warm and nice. He stayed connected with us throughout our 2 night stay. We stayed in room 7 which had access to the deck with gorgeous views of the ocean. The room was clean, breakfast was delicious, and coffee was perfect! We’ll definitely be going back and staying in room 7 again :)

Parking is difficult in P-Town so this place was a blessing. It was beautiful and had parking so we could walk everywhere. I'm just sorry I didn't book two nights!
