Be very careful staying at this hotel. Booked to stay in this hotel in June. About 20 minutes before check in we got an email to say suite we booked was unavailable due to “construction issues” and were being moved to a different hotel with no options given. Upon complaining, we asked if we could stay in a smaller room at the Foxberry until our room was ready, which they agreed to. Upon entering the new room, this room was a mess and hadn’t been cleaned since the last guest left. Manager then tried to get us into a different room but couldn’t work out the contactless code for the second new room. Whilst we waited, we looked into the room we should have been originally staying in, and it appeared massive renovations were taking place (furniture all removed, white spirit bottles on floor…), and this room would clearly not be ready the next day. It appeared no one else was staying and the hotel and the whole situation was very bizarre. We were not told at any point what was actually going on or even if the hotel was operating, even when we asked. We ultimately ended up staying in a different hotel. Please be careful when booking this hotel, as it may not be what you booked! All very strange and disappointing.

They were clearly unprepared for the season. The contactless check-in was god awful and barely worked; had to reach out several times to get this resolved. Was not able to check in at the time that was noted on my paid reservation and upon checking in later than paid there were still cleaners there and we walked on site to trash everywhere. Biggest issues was that the A/C did not work in one of the two rooms that was booked. The other room the A/C was dirty and blowing dust out the whole time but it was too hot to not use. We reached out several times regarding this issue along with missing light bulbs in the room and received zero response. There were coffee grounds from previous guest left in machine, wi-fi connection was awful and tv kept disconnecting, tv remote was absolutely filthy, and some outlets didn't work. Text messaging 24/7 was a lie as I received no responses after check in but surely received all their auto texts. Few people on site were cleaners and some contractor who claimed to know absolutely nothing -- could have at least reached out to bosses themselves and let them know customers were having issues. We were not the only ones as I can see someone else left a review around the same time as or stay. 1 star for location and free parking. Like the previous review - charged a fee even though their invoice clearly states zero with no one to get a hold of. No amenities and no incidentals to charge for -- check your statements and BEWARE!!!!

Perfect getaway!

Check in was quick and easy, breakfasts were delicious, service was kind and helpful and the location was exactly where we wanted to be. Off the beaten path but walking distance to all the fun. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in P Town!

The Foxberry was a perfect place to stay for a lovely week in P-town. It’s handy enough to all the P-town shopping, restaurants, and clubs to make it an easy walk, yet far enough to feel removed and enjoy some peace and quiet, too- also extremely handy to Herring Cove Beach and the National Seashore area on foot or on bike. The suite was perfect- clean and spacious enough for two, with great amenities, and the breakfast every morning was on time and delicious. Jay and the team and so responsive and fun!

What an amazing property!! This B&B styled inn has such charming character. There were complementary snacks in the room, a fantastic courtyard with plenty of seating, great breakfast and the owner had such great communication and contacted us with all the details for check in. I was worried about our late arrival, but Matt texted us the room details and all went so smooth. Great area and so peaceful. We will totally be back!

We had an amazing time at the Foxberry. Rachel at the front desk was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly. Having stayed at numerous hotels, inns, and bed-and-breakfast establishments in the Provincetown area, I can confidently say that this location is modern, spotless, and very accommodating. While it may not be the Ritz Carlton, would still rate my experience as a perfect 10 out of 10. The hotel's location is extremely convenient for beach access and within walking distance to the bustling nightlife on Commercial Avenue.

Made our reservation on the internet and knew nothing about this hotel. I have nothing but great things to say about our stay. The price was responsible and it included breakfast. I choice the egg and bacon on an English muffin with fruit salad and coffee. The room was very clean and the bed extremely comfortable. Adorable room and the staff could not be more friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay there next year if I am in ProvidenceTown.

The contactless check-in process and no staff on site means that you need to submit your contact info via a form before arriving. I didn't do this so there was a little run around when I arrived but was still able to check in an hour early, which was nice. The room was decent but the air conditioning was not working. The remote staff I was texting to troubleshoot the issue weren't responsive until the following morning which meant a very uncomfortable night with no AC. However, they were very responsive the following day and got a replacement AC unit in the room for us. In addition, they graciously refunded the nightly rate for the night without AC, which really salvaged the whole experience! Overall a solid place to stay and would come back because management did right by me regarding the broken AC unit.

It was in a great location. I do not like contactless check in and service. There were no amenities. Shower head and faucet did not work properly. We were moved to another room which was better except that the shower was filthy. Mold in the shower. We were so discussed that we left early the next morning. Not high end or classy. We were charged for a cleaning fee and were told it will be refunded. It still is on the card.

We went for a one night travel to celebrate a event unfortunately, check-in was late due to cleaning company still cleaning the room when we got in there was dog hair everywhere that did not belong to our dog, there was no toilet seat on the toilet and there was no shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Unfortunately, we are right super late to the event due to the fact, we could not shower doing to not having the right necessities when we asked for them to provide the toilet seat, the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash and an extra towel. It took a very long while due to the fact that maintenance was also helping another person in another room, whose shower was not working properly.

I don't have an issue with contactless checkin. I didn't get an email 24 hours before my stay with details. I had to reach out 15 mins before to get my check-in information. My problem is the long wait time for responses or the inability to address issues post check-in. We were only staying the night - Room 3. Upon check in, I reported a broken toilet seat, water spraying from the main water stream from the sink, and the heat/AC was not working - it never adjusts to the setting. We only receieved the bare minimum for towels with no bath mat. The shower gel was not refilled. I was told the maintenance team left for the day. They didn't help with the heat issue (low heat ended up making the room extremely really hot as though it was on high heat). We contacted the after hours line - no one picked up, left a message and no one every called us back). The towel piece I didn't report since clearly no one was on site to address it. I recommend that you have someone on right after check-in to potentially address issues rather than provide no service until the next day. Leads for a bad customer experience. This was our first and most likely our last stay at this location. Since Aerie House was no longer, we decided to give this a try. We love coming to PTown. We were very disappointed with the experience.

Hôtel très sympa où la chambre est très propre. Tout cela a été gâché par le responsable de l’hôtel malheureusement. Nous sommes tombé en panne sur le parking, il nous a regardé galérer pendant plus de 2:00 sans nous aider et au moment de partir m’a demandé de payer la nuit d’hôtel que j’avais déjà réglé via expédia… il nous a complètement gâché notre expérience dans son hôtel. Je déconseille fortement
