We eloped and got married on the beach during our stay, which made the trip especially meaningful. Our room was cozy and comfortable, breakfast was wonderful, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel special. It was the perfect place to stay for such a memorable occasion.

Spencer, the owner of the Inn was personable and helpful. The Inn was very conveniently located to town (a very short walk). The room was basic but comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

The Inn at Cook St is privately owned and well maintained by the owner Spencer. He greeted us and personally supervised where we safely parked our car, fix the television so we could watch the Knicks game and cooked the best breakfast ever! And he gardens too. It is worth every penny to stay at this inn! It is conveniently located, near Commercial St, quiet and surrounded by trees and flowers. Our room was clean, uniquely decorated and well airated! Spencer was extemely accommodating,and made our first visit to Provincetown a pleasant experience. We highly recommend this Inn to stay when visiting Provincetown!!!

Very cute, clean and cozy place to stay. All staff were very nice and friendly. We enjoyed our stay. The days we stayed were raining all day and night, and I felt cold when I returned from outside at night. I wish there were cups and a microwave for making hot drinks by myself.

The owners/proprietors of the Inn at Cook Street were amazing. They were incredibly accommodating of our late arrival and generously put us in a larger room when one was available. The property is beautiful and comfortable will lovely outdoor spaces. Breakfast was fantastic and coffee was available before the official breakfast hour. I highly recommend visiting this gem the next time you are in Ptown.

What can I add to an awesome location? Simon was great, informative and a great host! The location is a couple blocks from the busy area of town, which was awesome! Ok, I thought of something! Dining room ( COFFEE) not open till 8 am, from those of us escaping work mode, 8 am is like lunchtime. This is not a negative in any way.. it’s all on me! Great stay, will repeat!

Peaceful retreat

The Inn at Cook Street is a quiet retreat, in a beautiful section of town, overseen by its welcoming and caring owner, Spencer. We have come three years in a row and expect to be back next year.
