This is a great property, located just a block or so from downtown Provo. Easy to get in and out, very quiet, and much less expensive than the local hotels which are always crowded and noisy. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Fabulous visit

This was my second time staying here and once again it was awesome. I love how they have taken an older house and made it into a fun and comfy place to stay at. The kitchen was great, the bathroom was great and the bed was comfy.

Fabulous stay

We enjoyed our stay. Our suite had all of the amenities that we needed. The kitchenette was just the right size and the living room area was nice to relax in as well. The area of town was fabulous, the house was restored beautifully and we would definitely come back to try out a different room.

the pluses and minuses

It was clean. The only downsides were that we were in basement and the top floor was noisy and the couch was not that comfortable. It was nice having a functional kitchen. The bed was comfortable.

We loved this lil apartment with a full size kitchen and separate sitting area from the sleeping quarters. It’s small, but perfect for 2 people. It got hot in the bedroom, but we found a fan in the closet to use. It was extremely quiet and convenient to everything!

We had an amazing stay at Aspenwood Manor! We were in studio #5 and it was perfect for 2 people. Easy access getting in and out. Perfect location downtown Provo with so many restaurants in the area. The place was very clean, quiet and so easy to call and get ahold of somebody for any questions. Would 10/10 recommend!! We will be back to stay here! Thank you so much for the great hospitality!

Nicely decorated. Very clean. Small bathroom- could have more pressure in the shower head. Very thin TP. Comfortable beds. Full kitchen. Safe neighborhood. Great area- nearby nearly everything and close to BYU. We would stay again. Very decent price!

Small, basement unit with well stocked kitchen

It was a small, basement unit with 2 rooms and a bathroom. The kitchen was a good size for the small unit. The kitchen was well stocked with the things you need. The decor was all on bees and beehives. It was cute. Way too many pillows. We had too take the pillows off the couch in order to have space to sit. It had a nice walk in closet to put all the pillows in.

I wish we had been warned that our unit required a walk up a long flight of stairs. And even the front porch has a flight of stairs with no ramp. A request to get a first floor unit was honored, otherwise we would have cancelled. There was one bottle of water in the unit. When there's no where to go to ask for more, there should be more water in the unit. Also a brief explanation of the street riddle would help at check in.

The online info and the Guestbook both stated that the guests would have access to Free! Netflix on the TV I called because I could not access Netflix and was told that this was no longer available I could not get anything on the television other than Old Jefferson's and Barney Miller episodes I.Found the instructions on how to access different channels and when called and asked about this, they were unable to help me but told me that if I had Netflix or max or something through my phone I could use that period this was not what I had hoped it would be period although the room was. Charming, the guest book restrictions. Or rather parental sounding perhaps they rent frequently to a younger, but having every item of information with and if you do this wrong we will you There so that, or you will be disallowed. Access to the internet it's set it up was irritating At 60 years old I am well aware how to behave in a rental unit. And having someone treat all renter's like irresponsible teenagers was annoying period The the property was plenty big for my. Needs, unfortunately, the walls were a bit thin. And the people upstairs were noisy period I was awake in several times between 1 and 4 AM. By someone across t ceiling. Loud enough to wake me this is even though I had a white noise machine and a fan going ecause there is no staff on-site even had. I contacted the staff to complain about the noise There is little that could have been done to rectify this at the time period

Was a very good experience with lots of space such a great place to bring children to my only complaint was there was no elevator it was exhausting to go up all those stairs for my older family members

The property (Unit # 6 - "Turkish Delight") is exquisitely furnished and designed. WARNING: This unit - and two adjoining units (#s 7 and, I believe, 5) - are BASEMENT apartments - they do not have windows affording any sort of view or real daylight, unlike the standard photo posted by Aspenwood Manor. There are, also, above-ground units.
