Esta lindo el lugar, las instalaciones por si mismas, el concepto se disfruta, tiene bar y restaurante que parecen galería de arte, la alberca y jardín muy bien, las habitaciones ni se diga, de buen tamaño, buen diseño, limpias y comodas y bueno de los alrededores qué puedo decir, está de más.

La alberca no es alberca, es una pileta diminuta, sucia y helada con muchos mosaicos faltantes que causan daño en los pies. No hay servicio de alimentos (que desde hace 1 año no hay), las toallas en una habitación eran las de la alberca, en uan habitación se salía toda el agua de la regadera, avisamos y nadie hizo caso, muy caro para lo que es, llegamos y nos hicieron esperar al check in a las 3, de todas formas no estaba el cuarto listo a las 3, tenian un letrero que por ser fin de mes no darían factura, obviamente exigimos la nuestra. La verdad no vuelvo a reservar ahí.

No regresaría

El lugar bonito, muy sencillo. Había caído mucha ceniza y los camastros llenos de polvo. El personal muy amable. Pero no había nada extra para comer ni pedir a la habitación. Nos fue mal con las camas, tenian los resortes salidos y plásticos debajo de las sábanas, no muy cómodo para dormir. Cerca de los viveros.

Estuvimos ahí en diciembre 2023. Pedimos almohadas extras y no había. Los colchones eran muy malos NO podías descansar , se sentían los resortes.

Decidí volver a quedarme porque anteriormente me había ido bastante bien, pero esta vez fue una decepción, el baño apestaba y su solución fue echarle un producto para que dejara de oler y después ese producto apestó toda la habitación, también el aire acondicionado no funcionaba

Las instalaciones están en buenas condiciones, limpias y bonitas. Es un hotel pequeño pero con lugar estacionamiento jardines y un pequeña alberca. En la mañana el restaurante estaba dando servicio. El único detalle es que no nos dieron clave de Wifi y cuando regresamos en la noche la recepción ya estaba cerrada, y ya no pudimos solicitarla. Recomendable, si regresaría. La ubicación es como a 1 Km del centro de Atlixco.
