“El hotel no es un hotel de lujo, es un eco hotel dentro de la selva de Izabal, rodeado de manglares, si te gusta la naturaleza este es el lugar perfecto, las cabañas son pequeñas, comodas con lo necesario, el personal muy atento, mi unica sugerencia es que cambien de musica en el area de recepcion y comedor, tenian puesto todo el tiempo regeton, una musica muy desagradable, por lo demas todo perfecto”

“My room did not have a TV, and the toilet flusher had to be positioned a certain way after each use to keep the water from continuously running. On top of that, the lights went out during my stay, and it seems there’s no generator because the power never came back on. Overall, the experience was very disappointing.”

“Gringos, stay away! Both the hotel and restaurant staff seemed annoyed with our limited Spanish. We had to request service from the restaurant staff the whole time. The rooms are incredibly overpriced for the quality. We had toilet issues and no water pressure or hot water. They charged for everything, including the use of pillows. Worst hotel we stayed at while traveling in Guatemala!”

“Lugar incómodo e incomunicado. La empresa no colabora con el cliente no advierte que el camino es una brecha de terracería. El sitio no hay señalamiento que indique el hotel o cabaña. Es un azar que algún vecino se apiade de los que viajan y ofrezca ayuda personal. Incluso tuve un percance que fue solventado por los vecinos. La propietaria jamás dio la cara. Lamentable.”
