"“GLAMPING” is the exact perfect word for this hotel! You are in the jungle. This is a few miles out of town on a dirt road, so it does take a bit of extra time and effort to get there. "This place is nice enough. Biggest challenge is that it is far from the center of town - a better choice if you have your own vehicle than if you are taxi based. I'd also note that they arranged a taxi for me but didn't make it clear that I needed to be prepared to pay cash for it - and when this problem became clear upon check in, they weren't able to cover for me and put it on my room - which a better hotel would have done - this type of thing makes the difference between a three and a five...
