Picked the wrong rental house but the right agent

We never got to stay in Rocky Point suites 2 we somehow got put in suites 1 which were very disappointing. I choose suite 2 due to reviews on #1 and the pictures. The only good I can say was the bed was comfortable and the location is amazing. But we had a sewage leak that dropped on me in the kitchen from the master bath above and the furniture and kitchen items are very low quality, the foyer and utility room smelled of gas, the fridge was from a low end trailer home, the grill was trashed the bedding had brown stains, no smart tv and only Mexican cable. On the second day when the sewage dripped on my head, I had had enough and we were transferred to an amazing condo up the beach that could not have been nicer. Kavoya managment was very helpful and we enjoyed the rest of our vacation once we got out of this ripoff of a condo. Suites 2 is owned by the same person as Suite 1 but both condos are not worth what they are charging and amnesties are falsely advertised. The only thing going for this place is the access to a very private beautiful beach. I would NEVER rent these condos from the current owner. And the only reason I don’t demand a refund is Kavoya made it right by putting us in something actually worth renting.
